Are you an experienced and motivated social worker looking to take the next step in your career? Worcestershire County Council is offering an exciting opportunity for a social worker to join our Adult Neurodiversity Team.
We are looking for a highly skilled practitioner who:
- Is a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Has substantial post-qualifying experience in adult social care?
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of legislation, including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding.
- Has experience supporting neurodivergent adults or within a specialist team?
- Is confident in managing complexity and promoting person-centred outcomes.
- A supportive and forward-thinking team environment

This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
