We have an exciting opportunity for a new specialist social worker role within the Adults Support & Prevention Hub. Your approach will reflect our values and behaviours. You will be committed to learning and continuous improvement, working collaboratively with others to deliver high-quality services for people affected, or at risk of homelessness.

You will provide person-centred, strengths-based support to adults with care and support needs, promoting independence and wellbeing. You will manage complex cases while contributing to service improvement, collaborative working, and the delivery of positive outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.

You will need to hold a recognised Social Work Qualification (CQSW, CSS, DipSW, Degree in Social Work) and be registered with Social Work England.
