You will be responsible, as part of a team, for the provision of high-quality person-centred care for each individual. Have knowledge and experience of good care practice in meeting the needs of older people with dementia and those who are clinically frail.

The successful candidate will demonstrate skills in assessment, support planning and recording. You will hold excellent communication skills, be experienced in multidisciplinary working, demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals we support.

An SVQ 3 in Social Care is desirable and you must be able to register with the SSSC and qualify within the regulatory timescale of three years.

This post is temporary until March 2027 due to service requirement.

You will work 33.25 hours per week, on a nightshift rota basis including working weekends.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain and maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
