Site Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Officer at Dormy House in Sunningdale, offering residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care. The role involves a 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate should have a strong practical maintenance background, excellent communication abilities, and be flexible. Responsibilities include managing health and safety, conducting remedial work, and coordinating with external contractors for complex repairs. We are recruiting for a caring professional and self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible.
