Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, highly motivated nurse to apply for a post of Sister/Charge Nurse within the Integrated Geriatric and Stroke Medicine Directorate, specialising in the care of the elderly patients on the Frailty Assessment Unit.
