As a Reablement Support Worker, you’ll help people regain confidence and independence after illness, injury, or a hospital stay. That means working with people—not doing everything for them.

  • Building confidence and celebrating progress
  • Working as part of a supportive, friendly team

  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
  • Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys helping others help themselves
  • Full driving licence
  • Experience is great—but not essential (we’ll train you!)

  • Make a real difference every single day
  • No two days are the same
  • Full training and ongoing support
  • Flexible working options
  • Be part of a team that genuinely cares

  • Full training in social care reablement is provided with uniform, mobile phone, and tablet
  • Weekly hours guaranteed.
  • Regular supervision, appraisals, and team meetings.
  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile, and travel time between visits is paid.
  • Paid annual leave starts at 26 days per year.

  • Starting salary starts at £25,760 per year (pro-rata)
  • Rising to £27,476 per year (pro-rata) after two years
  • 35% enhancement for weekday evenings (8pm to 9pm) and Saturdays.
  • 69% enhancement for Sundays and public holidays.

You’ll help people go from

“I can’t do this…” → “Actually… I’ve got this!”
