The post holder will provide reception cover and efficient administration support to the County Wide service.

Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum GCSE qualification in English Language or equivalent.
- Level 3 Business administration or relevant experience/willingness to work towards Level 3 Business Administration qualification
Desirable
- Essential IT skills (EITS) or equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Previous administrative experience
- Organising meetings
- Diary management
- Audio Typing
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comprehensive experience of minute taking within a sensitive and confidential environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to generate routine correspondence
Desirable
- Essential IT skills (EITS) or equivalent.
- Experience of INFORM electronic patient record system
