Supporting adults to live fulfilling, independent lives.Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers.Ensuring high standards of person-centred care are delivered.Acting as a role model and providing guidance to the wider team.Completing care documentation and maintaining accurate records.Participating in the on-call rota and responding to call-outs when required.Working alongside management to ensure the service operates safely and effectively. What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Senior Support Worker or experienced Support Worker role.A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.Excellent communication and leadership skills.A flexible approach to working shifts and participating in the on-call rota.A full UK driving licence is essential.
