We are recruiting 2 Senior Support Workers to join an established 8-bed residential mental health service in the St Austell area of Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Worker who is ready to take on additional responsibility, develop their leadership skills and progress their career within mental health and social care. The Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will play an important role within the day-to-day running of the service, providing high-quality person-centred support while helping to guide and support the wider team. You will work closely with residents, colleagues and other professionals to ensure individuals receive consistent, safe and compassionate support. Key Responsibilities
