We aim to enable people to make positive decisions in their lives, promote their independence and ensure they can get involved in their local community. We're a service motivated by and dedicated to social care intervention and community social work.About youEssential:You will be a SWE registered Social Worker, with at least 2 years post qualified experience with a full driving licence.You will have successfully completed an ASYE program working to the Social Work England professional standards. You will undertake The Care Act assessments for eligible current and historical cases, using our Connected Lives strategy to review and manage packages of care.You will also actively undertake a specialist role, e.g. AMHP, Best Interest Assessor or Practice Educator, have a place secured on a course, or commit to undertaking this as soon as appointed.This is a fast-paced, community-focused environment. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
