Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader Provision: Children's Home, 7 to 17, EBD 3 Bed Location: Sunderland Reporting to: Deputy / Registered Manager Working hours: Shifts on a rolling rota, working 12hours, doing a 2 on 4 off pattern, with 2 to 3 sleeps per week.
