Job Title: Senior Residential Care WorkerLocation: Wiltshire, SN12 8BNPay rate: £33,592 per annumJob Type: Full-TimeShift and schedule:Shift pattern:160 hours per month (average 40 hours per week)Rota basis: 2 days on + sleep-in, followed by 4 days offPriority Recruitment are excited to present this long-term Senior Residential Care Worker opportunity in Wiltshire.This is a rewarding leadership role supporting children and young people within a residential care setting, helping them to develop independence, stability, and confidence in a safe and therapeutic environment.We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can lead by example, support a staff team, and provide high-quality care.
