To ensure the efficient provision of PA and administrative secretarial support service to members of the Radiology Directorate by being the lead for administration and secretarial services, supervising and coordinating the administrative support services.The post holder will have responsibility for specific key projects/tasks and will be required to act on their own initiative to see them through to a timely conclusion.The Post holder will support and facilitate the management of e-roistering, consultant rota, annual leave and month end documentation for the medical consultant radiologists, liaising with the Trust financial and HR teams and the radiologists' clinical leads.The post holder will be the Directorate PA providing support to the Clinical Lead, Head of Radiology, consultant radiologists and the modality service leads.The post holder will undertake analysis of data required to support service delivery and systems to support implementation and efficient utilisation of resources.The post holder will handle highly confidential and sometimes contentious and sensitive information of a personal and financial nature and will therefore be relied upon to observe and comply with specific and implied confidentiality rules and policies.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.

- Educated to graduate level and/or have equivalent managerial experience
