Job overview We are pleased to be able to offer a band 6 Physiotherapist role working in the West Berkshire area. We are a community team covering from Lambourn to Tilehurst. We are an integrated team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy assistants , and admin support . The service supports multiple pathways including Community Reablement , Falls and Community Physiotherapy.
