The post-holder should be educated to degree level, or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of specialist knowledge, relevant training and experience. Sound understanding of the Leeds Improvement method, gained through the delivery of lean. Must have experience of leading improvement work. Knowledge and experience of writing and delivering comprehensive business plans. Sound understanding of the Trusts strategic goals and vision, and the ability to apply LIM to best effect, in order to maximise its impact. Provide empowering leadership, using supportive styles. Demonstrate transparency in decision making. Able to develop and empower others to deliver excellence through continuous learning. Well developed communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience of managing complex budgets. Project and workload management
