Provide support to clinical staff, promoting confidence and competence in using the system.
Investigate and resolve system issues, working closely with Digital Services and Pharmacy teams.
Participate in systemupgrades, user acceptancetesting, and changemanagement activities.
Monitor system performanceand identify opportunitiesfor continuous improvement.
Promote best practice in electronic prescribing and medicines administration to enhance patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications and knowledge
Essential
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Current NMC registration
- Postgraduate diploma level or equivalent experience
- Understanding of project managements
- Knowledge of NHS planning processes
Desirable
- Project Management qualification

- Excellent communicator, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
- Able to work independently
- Able to work to demanding timescales
- Able to produce high standard written reports and documents
Experience
Essential
- Extensive experience of working in the NHS at a senior management level
- Experience of project management
- Service planning and working in multi disciplinary environment
- Leading on change and service development
- Evidence of previous contributions towards developing clinical practice
Desirable
- Leadership on NHS service projects/programmes
