An exciting opportunity has arisen for aSenior Healthcare Support Worker to work alongside registered nurses to provide the highest possible standard of care for patients and families. We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individuals to undertake this new role and be willing to commit to further learning and development.

Education Qualifications
Essential
- Good general education/ Literacy & Numeracy or willing to work towards obtaining
- Working towards or prepared to work towards obtaining an apprenticeship in clinical healthcare.
- Holds National Care Certificate
Desirable
- Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker
Knowledge
Essential
- Awareness and understanding of importance of confidentiality
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate interest in healthcare services
- Caring / supportive attitude
- Knowledge of Infection Control processes
- Knowledge of Safeguarding processes
Experience
Essential
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience of caring for patients
