- Experience (through placements or employment) of working in a busy environment)
- To work effectively as part of a team
- Basic literacy and arithmetic skills
- Understands the importance of confidentiality
- Insight into the needs of patients and colleagues
Desirable
- Understands the principles of clinical governance
- Shows awareness of risk assessment and risk management
- Previous experience of working as a Nursing Assistant/ HCSW
- Previous experience or a passion to work with Frailty and Dementia patients
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Essential: - Good communication - verbal/written; - Able to work well in a team; - Can build a good rapport with patients
