Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for expressions of interest for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our MHSOP Redcar and Cleveland based at Reed Marsh House. This would be for a 6-month fixed term/secondment opportunity. The role will involve assessing people experiencing mental ill health and memory decline from assessment, diagnosis, treatment and transfer back to primary care.
