To support the multi disciplinary team with pre clinic checks which vary from clinic to clinic. The tests required could include: observations, height, weight, bmi, laboratory specimens and ecg's.
To work alongside colleagues in a supportive manner and also help with some elements of caring responsibilities when supporting patients if needed.
The outpatients department is currently undergoing a transformation in line with NHS England, so this will be an exciting time to join.
To provide support in pre clinic checks such as observations, height, weight bmi, urinary analysis and venepuncture if applicable. There will also be a requirement to support with chaperoning when required.

Qualifications
Essential
- Numeracy/Literacy skills to Level 1 (GCSE Grade 2-3, D-F or equivalent) IELTS or OETS (Overall score of C1) accepted for overseas applicants (Level 7 in Listening/speaking/reading & Level 6.5 in Writing)
- Care Certificate or must complete within 12 weeks of commencing employment
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care/Equivalent qualification or willing/required to complete if successful (If applicant has 3 years or more care experience this is voluntary).
Experience
Essential: - Minimum 12 months care experience
Desirable: - previous clinic experience
