(**) Senior Clinical Fellow in Burns Surgery

The Fellow will support the plastic surgical service at the St Andrew's Centre & satellite hospitals as required.

You will attend the out-patient departments and the operating theatres as required by the consultants.You will deputise for the consultants in their absence at a level commensurate with his/her experience in plastic surgery.

You will be responsible for attending to the administrative matters associated with the above.

Qualifications

Essential: - MBBS or equivalent. MRCS or equivalent; - GMC Registration

Desirable: - FRCS (Plas) or equivalent

Professional Experience

Essential: - Extensive experience in plastic surgery training in hospitals recognised by the Royal College for training; - Previous experience at SpR or equivalent level

Desirable: - Ability to develop and maintain a sub-specialty interest

Audit and Clinical Governance

Essential: - An understanding of the principles of Clinical Governance

Desirable: - Evidence of audit participation
