Salary: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour + Paid Breaks

Hours: 35hr Contracts (weekends on rotation)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their welcoming and well-established Residential Care Home in Blackpool. The home provides high-quality long-term residential care as well as short-term respite care, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred support in a warm, family-orientated environment.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care while supporting and mentoring the wider care team.
