Our award-winning team at Winchester Heights Care Home in Winchester, Hampshire, is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join as a Senior Care Assistant. In this role, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You'll monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring any changes are addressed, care plans are updated, and records are amended. Your responsibilities will also include participating in the care planning process, supporting residents with medication requirements, and supervising staff.
