In this role, you'd collaborate with the Care team, ensuring high standards of personal care and a supportive and safe environment for everyone. Responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, adjusting care plans to meet evolving needs, ensuring person-centered care planning, managing their medication requirements, and supporting staff development. You'll also act as a key contact for residents, relatives, and visitors, efficiently addressing their concerns and requests.
