In this role, your focus will be to support the Care team, delivering high standards of personal care and maintaining a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents. Additional responsibilities include monitoring residents' wellbeing, updating care plans, supporting medication requirements, and acting as a liaison for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
