We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Agincare Homes Holdings located in Bournemouth. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £13.46 per hour. In this role, you will be part of a compassionate team, making a genuine difference in residents' lives by providing high-quality, person-centred care. Key responsibilities include supporting residents with personal care, administering medication, and leading activities. We offer a refer-a-friend scheme, career development opportunities, and a Blue Light discount package. You need a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK and a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3). Were looking for

  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
  • Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)

Your role

  • Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Contribute to and review care plans
  • Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
  • Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
