Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant at Agincare, you will play a crucial role in our care team by ensuring that residents receive personal care tailored to their preferences, such as bathing, dressing, and oral care, while promoting their right to choice and independence. You will also be involved in care reviews to ensure residents' plans reflect their needs accurately. Administering medication safely and supporting social activities are also key parts of the role, contributing to the residents' overall well-being. You may also take on leadership responsibilities, such as assisting with shadowing and development of newer staff and potentially leading the care home in the absence of more senior management.
