Be the helping hand that changes someone's day. Are you an experienced care professional ready for your next challenge? Join the Agincare family at Nightingale Care Home and use your skills to make a real difference in residents lives, every single day. This is a role where your compassion and experience can help create a home where people feel comfortable, valued, and truly cared for. We offer £13.46 per hour, refer a friend scheme (up to £1000), outstanding career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light discount package, company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Were looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, having Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3), able to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Your role involves delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, administering medication safely and accurately, and guiding team members.

Your role
- Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Contribute to and review care plans
- Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
- Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
