This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a skilled theatre team, supporting a wide range of surgical procedures in a modern and well-equipped environment.You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring the smooth running of theatre lists.Key Responsibilities

Prepare operating theatres for a range of surgical proceduresWork as a scrub practitioner across various specialitiesAssist surgeons and the wider theatre team during proceduresMaintain sterile technique and ensure infection control standards are metEnsure all surgical instruments and equipment are correctly handled and accounted forDeliver safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative pathway Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered ODPPrevious experience working in a scrub roleExposure to a range of surgical specialities (desirable)Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and theatre practiceExcellent teamwork and communication skillsFlexible and adaptable approach to work Benefits
