The role of Sales Ledger Administrator at Avery Healthcare involves supporting the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process. The primary responsibilities include processing bedsteads daily, ensuring accurate recording of related transactions, daily occupancy reporting, managing invoice processing from local authorities, and collaborating closely with the administration team to maintain accurate sales ledger records. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintaining the confidentiality and security of financial data. Candidates must demonstrate experience with Excel, such as V-Lookups and IF sums, along with strong numerical skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and adaptability to changing work environments and responsibilities.

Your focus as Sales Ledger Administrator will be to support the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process. You will process bedsteads daily and ensure accurate recording of related transactions as well as having excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Other responsibilities will include

  • Daily Occupancy reporting
  • Manage the processing of invoices, including those from local authorities, in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the administration team to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales ledger records.
  • Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data at all times
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations governing financial transactions.
