- 6 sessions per week worked on Monday, Tuesday & Friday
- Permanent contract
- Mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Structured support for new or experienced GPs
- A culture that genuinely prioritises GP well being and sustainability
- Opportunities for development, including PCN roles and future progression
- Participation in practice and team meetings
- Minimal home visits (shared fairly when required)
- Minimal admin
- 15 minute appointments, capped at 24 appointments per day
- No Duty GP sessions
