At Penrose Health, we've designed a model that enables GPs to focus on the patients and clinical decisions that need their expertise. By combining multidisciplinary teams, centralised triage, AI-powered technology and dedicated administrative support, we ensure patients are seen by the right clinician while reducing unnecessary workload for our doctors.
That means 15-minute appointments as standard, fewer administrative interruptions and more time to deliver safe, thoughtful, patient-centred care. You'll work as part of a collaborative clinical team and a wider community of practice, helping to shape new ways of working while caring for our diverse South London population.
As demand for our services continues to grow, we're expanding our clinical teams and increasing GP capacity across our practices to improve access for our patients. If you're looking to join a forward-thinking organisation where you can practise medicine, influence how care is delivered and grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.
Penrose Health is on a mission to deliver outstanding healthcare to every patient we serve.
We care for 75,000+ people across 9 sites in South East London, supported by a team of 200+ clinicians and staff. Our model is built on permanent, diverse teams, strong governance, and a clear focus on continuity, quality, and access.
We work closely with NHS partners to deliver a full range of services from routine checks to complex, long-term care backed by robust systems and a culture of continuous improvement.
