Duties within the role

1. Undertake

consultations with a range of patients as an autonomous practitioner taking a

history, carrying out physical examination, and use clinical knowledge and

judgement to identify potential diagnosis.

2. Utilise

clinical knowledge and experience to provide competent care to meet the health

and social care needs of patients.

3. Ensure

all treatment provided are based on evidence and best practice.

4. Assist

in clinical audit and the setting and monitoring of service standards.

5. Keep

accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations using appropriate clinical

software.

6. Prescriptions.

7. Looking

at blood test results.

8. Full

triage responsibility

We are in a position to advertise for a salaried GPs to

join a well-established team of Healthcare Professionals.

We are a GMS practice and provider of excellent clinical

services to a population of 8000 plus and growing.

Essential Requirements

We are looking for Salaried GPs, ideally currently

within a GP Practice, Urgent Care, recently qualified or other appropriate clinical

settings to cover triage on Thursdays. Applicants must have current UK

professional registration.

As a salaried GP you will be working within a cohesive

team of fully supportive staff enabling you to focus on the quality of care of

your patients, with a strong training ethos.

Duties within the role
