We have an excellent practice team and we place great emphasis on trying
to ensure the health and welfare of our staff. We have regular meetings within
and between departments including a monthly staff meeting for all staff where
all views are listened to and issues arising are discussed and addressed.
We are all aware of the stresses on General Practice and endeavour to
work hard whilst remaining a supportive and friendly work environment.
All our GPs and ANPs contribute in their own way working with their
individual strengths and interests. Each of us takes on a designated role and attends
meetings related to their specific area and shares the information with the
team. Our nurses and HCAs also have areas of interest and are involved in
chronic health management. We are very lucky to have an outstanding team with
our receptionists, dispensers/pharmacy team, social prescribers, physio and
administration staff working extremely hard to ensure we provide responsive and
safe care to our patients.
