• Provide a full range of general medical services, including face-to-face and telephone.
• Manage a varied clinical caseload across all age groups
• Undertake home visits where clinically appropriate
• Prescribe safely and effectively in line with local and national guidelines
• Refer patients to secondary care and other services as required
• Participate in duty doctor
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records using EMIS
• Participate in safeguarding processes for both children and vulnerable adults

Essential

• *MRCGP
• *Good interpersonal and communication skills
• *Flexibility and ability to work in teams
• *Demonstrate an understanding of the differences between a partner and a salaried doctor
• *Full UK driving licence and own transport
• *Adaptable to change
• *Available to undertake the sessional requirements of the Job Description
