Job description
(Up to 30 hours per week) Are you looking for something different? Beccles Medical Centre is a large, vibrant, innovative training Practice by the Riv...
What do we need from you? A "can-do"
attitude; the embracing and involvement of new ideas, a natural respect for all
our Staff, a team approach and a driven belief that we within General Practice
are the bedrock of the future of the health provision, and promotion for our
community within the new integrated care systems. We are extremely passionate about
education and training and would want you to feel the same.
What do you get from us? Encouragement, support,
flexibility & a business that listens, wants you to succeed & develop. We are a well-established
training Practice for GPs, Pharmacists, Nurses and Advanced Clinical
Practitioners. We are also part of a fully supportive &
collaborative Primary Care Network.
A salaried GP at Beccles Medical Centre will be
responsible for delivering the full range of primary care services as part of
the Practice ensuring the highest standards of care for the differing needs of
our patient population.
The salaried GP will work closely with the Practices
multi-disciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff to provide a high
quality and accessible service to patients.
The salaried GP post is being offered as an initial
one-year fixed term with a review at the one-year point.
- Please Note: We reserve the right to close this vacancy
early if a suitable Candidate is found.
Our Staff are awesome. There is strong managerial
support and a very supportive peer group in place; twice daily reflection and
learning opportunities, regular staff meetings and Partners who will encourage
you. Everyone's door is always
(metaphorically) open, and we encourage discussion and chat throughout the day.
What is important to us? The right candidate. We
want this to work for you and for us, so its important that you have a chance
to check out that we are your square peg to our square hole.
We are also prepared to wait for the candidate
that is quietly looking at their next steps and perhaps isn't ready for an
immediate change but an imminent change. So, if you want to check out what
could be on the horizon then come and have a look around, an informal chat and
who knows, if its a Tuesday you might even get a locally made sausage roll for
your troubles.
