Our practice serves approximately 13,000 patients in Hampstead and is supported by three GP partners and a team of around 35 staff.
We have recently introduced a GP-led triage hub, staffed by GPs, a pharmacist and administrators, ensuring patients are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service. We are also embracing digital solutions where they genuinely improve patient care, streamline processes and reduce unnecessary administrative workload.
Collaboration, communication and learning are central to our culture. We provide:
- Daily clinician meetings to discuss patients and share clinical learning
- Regular multidisciplinary meetings covering frailty, complex care, palliative care, mental health and safeguarding
- Regular in-house educational sessions
- Monthly whole-practice meetings involving both clinical and non-clinical staff
- Strong peer support and collaborative working
- Opportunities to contribute to innovation and service development
We are proud to be an established GP training practice with four experienced GP trainers, including two GP Training Programme Directors.
We actively support the development of GP trainees, pharmacists, physician associates, social prescribers and UCL medical students. Our vision is to be a thriving, compassionate and sustainable GP practice, delivering excellent and equitable care through continuity, collaboration, learning and strong relationships with our patients and community.
