Rotational Occupational Therapist

To provide clinical assessment and treatment for inpatients,

To support with a safe and effective discharge from hospital.

To actively engage in CPD activities offered such as: band 5 peer support group; team in-service training; preceptorship programme; specialist rotational competencies; clinical supervision.

Education and Qualifications

Essential: - Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy.; - HCPC registration

Skills and Abilities

Experience

Essential: - A broad range of undergraduate experience in all core specialities of Occupational Therapy; - Experience and ability to work collaboratively within MDT

Desirable: - Experience of clinical practice in an NHS environment

Knowledge

Desirable: - Awareness and understanding of NHS structure, current issues and developments
