An opportunity has arisen for a Risk Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Risk Management Team within the Patient Safe...

  • Provide administrative support to the Risk Management Team, including handling enquiries and triaging inboxes.
  • Maintain accurate incident and risk-related data on Datix and support data quality processes.
  • Assist with meeting administration, including agendas, minutes and document distribution.
  • Produce and share Datix reports and support user access and basic system queries.
  • Support the administration of Patient Safety Incident Investigations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage documentation in line with Trust Records Management Policy.
  • Prioritise own workload and contribute to efficient risk management processes across the team.

Experience

Essential: - Significant administration experience

Desirable: - Significant NHS experience; - Significant office experience; - Experience of electronic patient systems; - Experience of risk/ incident management systems

Skills

Essential: - IT proficient in Trust IT systems and microsoft packages

Knowledge

Desirable: - knowledge of NHS IT systems
