  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and reporting on business development activity.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management.
  • A demonstrable track record of developing, negotiating, and closing contracts and partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, including commissioning processes, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to build credibility and influence at all levels across public and private sector organisations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

  • Competitive salary of £55,000 – £60,000
  • Company car
  • Attractive performance-related incentives
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing and ambitious healthcare organisation
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment
