Keyworker (Nurse, OT, Social Worker) for the New Intensive Assertive Community Treatment Team for Psychosis 2 posts available - 1 for Coventry and 1 f...
You will keywork no more than 15 patients and provide profession specific support to the rest of the team. The pathway team will operate a shared caseload in their specific geographical / specialist area and will have knowledge of the entire caseload to provide truly collaborative continuous care.
There will be the expectation to complete training and deliver group and individual interventions / specific specialists roles within the pathway for example ward / police liaison as per the national recommendations for this pathway.
The successful applicants will work alongside the leads and colleagues to continue to develop the service and begin to pick up a specific relevant clinical caseload, and provide evidence based interventions as well as liaising with other agencies.
As a clinician within the team, we will ensure that you have clinical and professional support from the relevant professionals to support the maintenance of your professional registration. This support will be alongside the supervision and management that will come from the Trust giving the best of both worlds.
We encourage staff development, and you will be supported throughout your supervision and appraisal process to develop your skills and reach your potential.

Qualifications
Essential
- Relevant Professional Qualification ie. RMN, DipCOT
- Current unrestricted registration with HCPC/NMC
Experience
Essential
- Substantial experience in a Community Mental health care setting
- Developed specialist knowledge gained within a similar environment over a considerable period of time
- Significant experience of undertaking assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk management
Other
Essential
- Must have full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle for business use
