- Undertaking timely and accurate clinical assessments, observations, and interventions.
- Escalating concerns appropriately and contributing to early recognition of deterioration.
- Working collaboratively with the MDT, including Critical Care Outreach, medical teams, and allied health professionals.
o Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive learning environment.
o Maintaining excellent documentation and ensuring safe, effective handovers.
o Upholding Trust values and promoting a culture of safety, dignity, and continuous improvement.
