As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for tending to the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will ensure a safe and supportive environment, catering to the diverse physical and mental needs of residents. Your role will include developing tailored care plans, administering medicine safely, and making critical clinical decisions with professional judgment. You are expected to have current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices. Experience in creating well-structured care plans and conducting detailed risk assessments is crucial. An understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is necessary. The role values autonomy and a person-centred approach to nursing, emphasizing dedication and compassion.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you'll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.
ABOUT YOUYou'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated and compassionate, you'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
