As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. We rely on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, and you can expect a wide range of responsibilities including developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence in everything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for your contributions. You must have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You'll be dedicated and compassionate and pride yourself on your person-centered, thoughtful approach to nursing.
