Qualifications and training

Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree (or within final year of study)
  • Registered with NMC or HCPC

Clinical skills and experience

Essential

  • Basic IT Skills.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop working relationships with others.
  • Time management and personal organisation skills.
  • Recent clinical experience in an acute Trust.
  • Delivery of evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrates patient focused approach.

Desirable

  • Local nursing standards. National Patient Survey.
  • Evidence of facilitating learning in practice.
  • Evidence of on-going personal and professional development.

Personal/professional attributes

Essential

  • Awareness and demonstration of NMC Code of Conduct.
  • Upholds the Trust Values & professional behaviours.
  • Supports the multidisciplinary working & build professional relationships.

Desirable

  • Ability to apply emotional intelligence and resilience.

  • Awareness of Clinical Governance
