Qualifications and training
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree (or within final year of study)
- Registered with NMC or HCPC
Clinical skills and experience
Essential
- Basic IT Skills.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop working relationships with others.
- Time management and personal organisation skills.
- Recent clinical experience in an acute Trust.
- Delivery of evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrates patient focused approach.
Desirable
- Local nursing standards. National Patient Survey.
- Evidence of facilitating learning in practice.
- Evidence of on-going personal and professional development.
Personal/professional attributes
Essential
- Awareness and demonstration of NMC Code of Conduct.
