We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join a well-established, family-run nursing home set along the beautiful East Devon and West Dorset coastline, within easy reach of Lyme Regis, Bridport, Axminster and Seaton. - Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Lead and support care staff on shift
- Ensure clinical governance, policies and best practices are upheld
- Manage medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records
- Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining standards and creating a safe, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
- Valid UK NMC registration (PIN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Experience within a nursing or healthcare setting
- Confident leadership and decision-making skills
- A compassionate and professional approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Newly qualified nurses with the right values and attitude are welcome
- Competitive salary of £22.78 Per Hour
