• Patient Care:
• Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients for changes in behaviour, mood, and health conditions.
• Provide support to patients in managing psychiatric symptoms and coping with emotional distress.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to plan and evaluate patient care.

• Education:
• Relevant Nursing degree/qualification
• Experience:
• Prior experience in psychiatric nursing or mental health settings preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and respond appropriately to behavioural emergencies.
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications, therapeutic techniques, and patient management strategies.
