Description: This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RMNs to work within East Cheshire NHS Trust, delivering high-quality mental health care in a supportive NHS environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Deliver safe and effective mental health care in line with NHS standardsAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient careWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomesMaintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentationAdhere to clinical guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and infection control policiesRespond effectively in fast-paced and challenging clinical environments
Valid NMC registration (Mental Health)Minimum 6 months NHS experience (within the last 2 years)Enhanced DBS (physical copy required)Up-to-date mandatory training
