Registered Manager – West Oxford Are you a passionate Registered Manager looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to work in the Children’s home Services based in The West Oxfordshire area. Information the Role Are you an experienced residential childcare leader who is passionate about achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people? We're looking for an inspirational Registered Manager to lead one of our children's homes, providing a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children aged 12–17 can thrive, build positive relationships and reach their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, shape high-quality practice and make a lasting difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in our care. About the Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and development of a children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. You will:

Lead, motivate and develop a skilled residential team.Deliver outstanding care that promotes positive outcomes for children and young people.Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and Ofsted requirements.Create a nurturing, child-centred culture where children's voices, rights and aspirations are at the heart of everything.Work collaboratively with families, education, health professionals and partner agencies.Oversee safeguarding, risk management, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.Manage staffing, budgets and resources effectively.Drive excellent standards in education, health, wellbeing and independence planning for every child. Essential Requirements:

A minimum of two years' recent experience working within residential childcare.Significant experience managing and developing teams within a care setting.A Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve this within 18 months).GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding legislation and residential childcare practice.Experience managing budgets, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, communication and partnership working skills.A commitment to creating positive outcomes and life-changing opportunities for children and young people.A current enhanced DBS registered on the update service.Right to Work in the UK- No restrictions What we offer:
