16-18 in Coventry, Nuneaton. This is a founding leadership role, you will shape the culture, systems, and success of the service from the ground up, backed by a highly visible and hands-on Responsible Individual throughout registration, mobilisation, and beyond. If you're a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager with a background in supported accommodation, semi-independent living, residential childcare, or leaving care services, and you're ready to build something from day one, this is your opportunity to make your mark. Manage the day-to-day operations of a new Supported Accommodation service, ensuring full compliance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and the

Supported Accommodation Quality StandardsLead quality assurance, internal audits, action planning, and Ofsted inspection readinessOversee safeguarding, incidents, complaints, KPIs, and outcomes for young peopleDevelop person-centred support plans covering independent living skills, education, employment, training (EET), emotional wellbeing, and transitions into adulthoodRecruit, induct, supervise, and develop a high-performing staff team in line with safer recruitment practiceBuild strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, personal advisers, education and healthcare partnersRepresent the service at commissioning meetings, placement reviews, and Ofsted inspections What We're Looking For

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent Ofsted-accepted qualification for Supported Accommodation Manager registration)Minimum 1 year's management experience in supported accommodation, residential childcare, leaving care, or housing supportMinimum 2 years' experience working with vulnerable young people aged 16–18 or within children's social careStrong knowledge of Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, Quality Standards, and safeguarding legislation
